RETURN POLICY
PROJECTORS:
Customer must request return within 7 days of date invoiced for full refund for upgrade under the following conditions:
A	Payment for the projector must have been completed.
B	Projector must have less than 4 hrs.
C	Projector must be in original box with original accessories, packaging, manuals, batteries and registration card in undamaged, clean and brand-new re-sellable condition.
D	Original shipping box must be clean, undamaged and free of shipping labels.
E	Product that is returned incomplete, or damaged-if accepted-will require a 20% restocking fee. This restocking fee is final.
F	All projector returns require a Return Authorization number. Returns made without Return Authorization will not be processed.
G	All claims for missing, incorrect or damaged items must be made within 48 hours of reciept of projector.
H	Credit will be for the purchase price of the projector only.
I	When returning projector it must be shipped back via 2 day air and insured for the purchase price. Shipping must be prepaid by customer.
J	Dead pixels are a warranty issue and you must contact the Manufacturer directly.
PROJECTOR LAMPS:
●	Projector lamps are non returnable per industry wide standards.
Draper Screens:
●	Draper screens have a 15day return policy(from invoice date), excluding custom made(sizes).
●	No product may be returned without a written Return Material Authorization.
●	Returns are subject to a restocking charge of 20%(except warranty repairs), and must be shipped freight prepaid according to Draper's instructions.
Da-Lite Screens:
●	Da-Lite screens have a 15day return polict from invoice date.
●	Return Authorizaiton must be obtained prior to the return of any merchandise.
●	A 15% re-stocking fee (25% on all wood producte, custom items and rigid rear projection screens) will apply to merchandise returned.
Projector Lenses:
●	All projector lens sales are final. Lenses are special order and no returns will be accepted.
Projector Mounts, cables, accessories:
●	All projector mounts, cables and accessories have a 15 day return policy.
●	All product returns require Return Authorization number and have a 20% restocking fee.
General
●	These rules apply to all orders.
●	Original shipping charges are not refundable.
●	Terms subject to change without notice.
●	All returns require a Return Authorization number. Returns made without prior Return Authorization will not be processed.
